Join us for an evening, which begins with coffee and cake, at a beautiful listed building hidden away in the heart of the City of York to discover:

•    What mindfulness meditation is (and is not!)
•    Where it comes from and why it works (including some of the research/neuroscience)
•    About some simple practices that you can use in daily life to help become calmer and more relaxed, focused and energised
